My Story

I have been creating sweet treats for special occasions for over 35 years. I began in a natural foods bakery but soon realized I had a passion for this industry and began pursuing my passion. After many years of managing and owning bakeries as well as working in restaurant kitchens I found it was time to give my knowledge to the youth that had the same passion I had in my youth. I could mentor and teach the art of pastry I so truly loved. I have been teaching for many years from community college level to now a vocational college preparing folks to go right into the industry. 
I still love to create wonderful cakes for special people and their celebratory day whatever it may be.
